The Meal Planner downloadable gives you the flexibility to plan your workouts and daily/monthly meals to keep you organised and accountable for your fast paced schedule.
Consisting of x 3 different A4 designs; a Shopping List, a Weekly Meal Planner and a Monthly Meal Planner.
The Weekly Meal Planner – Plan your 3 meals a day over 7 days with space for notes and ingredients you might need.
The Monthly Meal Planner – For when you need to get ahead or on a specific meal plan. Fill in your monthly menu and jot down you meal ideas.
The Shopping List – Once you have planned your weekly/monthly meals you can use this list to write down all the items that you need. Categorised so that you won’t miss a thing whilst you are out shopping.
This minimal and functional black and white design allows easy to read grids and plenty of space to include ideas and notes. You may customise The Meal Planner by handwriting or typing out your own meals and lists, which will allow The Meal Planner to be reprinted every week. If you choose to hand write and you make a mistake, you can easily print it out again!
How does it work?
Once you have purchased The Meal Planner you will receive a confirmation email, a link to download the artwork will be sent. Please remember the link is only available for 48 hours, save the PDF to your computer or device once downloaded.
