FAQ

How long can I store my art print in the tube?
It is recommend that you frame your art print as soon as possible, however, if you plan on storing it for a period of time, we would encourage you to take your print out of the tube when it arrives and store it flat in a dry place.

Can you do custom prints?
If you have any design enquiries, please feel free to email carissa@designbyaikonik.com.au

Who does all your artwork?
All of our products available to shop are designed by Carissa Smart at Design By Aikonik in Melbourne, Australia.

What frames do you recommend? All photography taken on the website features Country Road (Australia)  Frames. A3, A2 and A1 Frames used are the Adler Poster Range (click to shop).

It is your choice as to how you frame your print, whether you use a mount or use the entire frame, or a black, white or timber coloured frame. An A3 print can be framed directly to size in an A3 frame or you can use the A3 mount in the A2 frame. Similarly as with an A2 print, it can be framed directly to size in an A2 frame or you can use the A2 mount in an A1 frame.

Printing
All prints are printed to order using the highest quality reproduction on 310 Cotton Rag archival paper and inks, for crisp colour and deep blacks.
