How much is shipping?
Australia: Flat rate $12 AUD
Internationally: Flat rate $25 AUD
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. Necessary information will be given in order for you to make a claim.
Please be sure that your shipping address is entered correctly as once it has been received, and your order is dispatched we are unable to change the address. You will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
If your order has had attempted delivery, or has been Returned to Sender, your purchase will be resent, however you will need to pay the shipping fee for the second attempt.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Art prints and stationery orders are dispatched within 2-3 days. You should allow between 2-5 business days from date of dispatch for your order to arrive domestically or 5-10 business days from date of dispatch internationally. Will my print arrive safely?
Art prints are packaged and sent in a mailing tube to ensure the print/s to avoid damage. Stationary is placed into a protective clear envelope and shipped within a padded mail bag.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We love seeing our products sent over to other countries and use Australia Post for all international orders.
